The rules for using 990club

1. Parties and acceptance

990club ("the app", "the service") is provided by [NAME OF INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY] ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Users must be at least 13; minors need a parent's or guardian's consent before subscribing.

2. What the service is

990club is a practice app for TOEIC-style Listening and Reading questions: a daily quest, explained answers, statistics, streaks, a predicted score, and a timed full-length mock test. The predicted score and mock results are estimates based on your practice in the app. They are not, and do not guarantee, a real exam result.

TOEIC is a trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by ETS. The questions in the app are written or licensed for practice; they are not real exam questions.

3. Accounts

• On first launch the app creates an anonymous account automatically. You can start right away.
• To keep your progress across devices or reinstalls, link the account to Apple or an email address from inside the app. An unlinked account cannot be recovered after the app is deleted or the phone is changed.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your device and account.
• The free trial is one per person. Linking an identity that has already used a trial to a new account does not start another one.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice unless the law prevents it.

4. The 7-day free trial

• The trial starts when you finish first-run setup, not when you sign up, and gives you every feature of the app for 7 days.
• No card or payment method is required, and when the 7 days end nothing is charged automatically — the app shows a subscription screen and you decide.
• During the trial the app reminds you at 3 days, 1 day and on the last day.
• If you do not subscribe, you can still open the app and view your existing statistics, but cannot answer new questions. Everything is kept, and your streak pauses without resetting, until you subscribe.
• If the App Store or Google Play offers an additional free-trial introductory offer on the subscription, that offer is governed by what the store displays at the time you subscribe.

5. The 990 Pro subscription

• Two plans: monthly ฿259 and annual ฿2,490 (about ฿208 a month). Prices include VAT as shown in the store. The price shown in the store at the time of purchase is the one that applies, and may differ by the country or currency of your store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, and again at the same price each period (month or year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Both plans give the same access and sit in one subscription group; you will not be charged for both at once. Plan changes are made in the store's settings.
• Entitlement is tied to your 990club account, not to a device. Subscribe on one device and it works on any device signed in to the same account.
• If a renewal payment fails, the store retries it, and we allow a grace period of up to 16 days of normal use before access is suspended.
• If we change a price, the store notifies you in advance under its rules, and the new price applies from the next period after notice, or once you confirm where the store requires it.

6. Cancellation

Cancel at any time from the store's subscription settings — not from inside the app, and not by deleting the app.

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → 990club → Cancel, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
• Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → 990club, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you keep access until then, and there is no pro-rated refund for the remainder. Deleting your 990club account does not cancel the store subscription — cancel at the store first.

7. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We receive no payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests go to the store under its policy: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through the Google Play Help Center. Nothing here limits the rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.

8. No other purchases

The subscription is the only payment in the app. There are no coins, no in-game currency, no skins, no consumables, and no advertising.

9. Content and intellectual property

• The questions, answer keys, explanations, audio, images, characters and design in the app belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your personal, non-commercial study only.
• You may not copy, scrape, publish, sell, teach from, or redistribute any part of the questions or explanations, reverse-engineer the app, or access the service with automated tools.
• Every explanation is reviewed before release, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, use the report button on the explanation and we will check and fix it.
• Anything you send us, such as a report, you allow us to use to improve the service without compensation.

10. Acceptable use

Do not exploit bugs or use any method to inflate XP, streaks or scores, create multiple accounts to repeat the trial, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may correct improperly obtained statistics or suspend accounts that breach this section.

11. Availability and changes to the service

• We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted; there may be maintenance, errors, or events outside our control. Today's quest keeps working offline and your answers are submitted when you are back online.
• We may add, change or remove features and content. We will not remove the substance of what a subscription provides during a period you have already paid for without giving you a choice. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of the service until they are released.
• If we have to shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and renewals will stop accordingly.

12. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or as described on the account deletion page. Deletion makes the account unusable immediately and the data is removed within 30 days; it cannot be undone. Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription, which must be cancelled separately as in section 6.

13. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss or lost opportunity, including a TOEIC result that falls short of your expectations, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and does not remove the rights you have as a consumer under Thai law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If the Thai text and this English translation conflict, the Thai text prevails.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version is published on this page with its effective date. If a change materially affects your rights we will give at least 14 days' notice in the app. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version.
