ลบบัญชี 990club
ลบได้เองในแอปภายในไม่กี่แตะ หรือส่งอีเมลมา ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกลบออกจากระบบภายใน 30 วัน และกู้คืนไม่ได้
ก่อนลบ — ยกเลิกสมาชิกที่สโตร์ก่อน
การลบบัญชีไม่ได้ยกเลิกการสมัครสมาชิกกับ App Store หรือ Google Play หากยังมีสมาชิกที่ต่ออายุอยู่ สโตร์จะเรียกเก็บต่อแม้บัญชีจะหายไปแล้ว ยกเลิกที่ Apple หรือ Google Play ก่อน แล้วค่อยลบบัญชี
วิธีที่ 1 — ลบจากในแอป
- เปิดแอป 990club แล้วไปที่ ตั้งค่า
- เลื่อนลงล่างสุด แตะ ลบบัญชี
- อ่านข้อความยืนยันแล้วแตะ ยืนยันการลบ
บัญชีจะถูกปิดทันทีและแอปจะออกจากระบบให้ ใช้ได้กับทุกบัญชี รวมถึงบัญชีที่ยังไม่ได้ผูกอีเมลหรือ Apple
วิธีที่ 2 — ส่งอีเมล
ส่งอีเมลมาที่ admin@games.ploikhong.com หัวข้อ "ลบบัญชี 990club" จากอีเมลที่ผูกบัญชีไว้ (หรือถ้าผูกด้วย Apple ให้ส่งจากอีเมลที่ใช้กับ Apple ID นั้น) เพื่อให้เรายืนยันได้ว่าเป็นเจ้าของบัญชี เราจะดำเนินการและตอบกลับภายใน 3 วันทำการ

สิ่งที่ยังคงอยู่
- สถิติรวมของข้อสอบ (เช่น สัดส่วนคนตอบถูกของแต่ละข้อ) ซึ่งเป็นตัวเลขรวมที่ไม่ระบุตัวตน
- บันทึกการแจ้งเตือนจากสโตร์ที่ไม่เชื่อมกับบัญชีของคุณอีกต่อไป เก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการตรวจสอบทางบัญชี

Delete your 990club account
Delete it yourself in the app in a few taps, or email us. All data is removed from our systems within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
Before you delete — cancel the subscription at the store
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription with the App Store or Google Play. If a renewing subscription is active, the store keeps charging it after the account is gone. Cancel at Apple or Google Play first, then delete.
Option 1 — in the app
- Open 990club and go to Settings (ตั้งค่า)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (ลบบัญชี)
- Read the confirmation and tap Confirm (ยืนยันการลบ)
The account is closed immediately and the app signs you out. This works for every account, including ones never linked to an email or Apple identity.
Option 2 — by email
Email admin@games.ploikhong.com with the subject "Delete my 990club account", from the email address linked to the account (or, if you linked with Apple, from the email on that Apple ID) so we can verify you own it. We act on it and reply within 3 business days.
An account that was never linked to an email or Apple identity holds nothing that identifies you, so we cannot verify ownership by email. Please use option 1 in the app instead.
What is deleted
- Account id, email, and the linked Apple identifier
- Study goals: target score, exam date, preferred study time
- Every answer, quest, mock-test result, per-skill statistic, streak, XP, level and predicted score
- Subscription status and transaction ids linked to the account
- Reports you submitted
What remains
- Aggregate question statistics (such as the share of people who answered a question correctly), which are anonymous totals
- Store notification records no longer linked to your account, kept as far as needed for accounting
- Your purchase history inside your own Apple or Google account, which is outside our systems
- A record that this Apple identity has already used the free trial, so a new account cannot restart it
Timeline
- Immediately: the account is closed, cannot be used, and the app signs you out
- Within 30 days: all data is permanently removed from the database
- After that: system backups rotate out on the provider's backup schedule
If you deleted by mistake, email us right away within the first 30 days. We will try to restore the account if the data has not yet been purged, but cannot guarantee it. After that, recovery is not possible in any case.
